Debian 13 sqv fix

Ahoi together,
got a P2-300 (slot1-CPU!) and an AthlonXP 1900+ running Debian12, and
after I had upgraded to Debian13, I noticed that apt update didn't work
at all anymore.
Each source in sources.list was commented with "no good signature"...
even though they were genuine.
Turned out the signature checking software "sqv" is written in rust,
which now requires CPU command set "SSE2", which both of my old machine
do not support, according to lscpu.
Running sqv on the prompt brought up "illegal machine instruction".
I tried the lot to get rid of this... also tried lots of apt command
line switches like --ignore-cert and all the stuff, but nothing helped.
Tried to uninstall sqv also... didn't work, since apt:386 requires sqv,
and didn't let me.
With this, I couldn't apt update anymore... and what worked in the end,
was to RENAME the executable /usr/bin/sqv to /usr/bin/sqv_glibberish,
which resulted in apt being unable to find sqv anymore.
I would have thought apt would go crazy to tell me that sqv isn't
there.... but NO!
No word about sqv, apt just is back and works like before.
It really is THAT easy to trick apt's cert system. Lucky for my old
machines, since now they can live on.. ; )
