    This state grows a significant portion of the soybeans previously sold to China.

    Trump's dispute with China has resulted in China buying NO more soybeans from the United States.

    China has placed huge orders for soybeans in Argentina.

    Now the striking thing is... Trump has pledged $20 to $40 billion in aid to Argentina.

    So Trump is helping Argentina, while the red state of Iowa is struggling. The local economy in Iowa has shrunk by 6.1%.

    Trump is now in Asia, and Xi has verbally indicated that China will start buying soybeans from the US again, but I'll have to wait and see. China has the US by the scruff of the neck, and I can't imagine them changing their policy after a single conversation with Trump.
