Title: Lemon-Garlic Pork Chops

2 tb Lemon juice
2 cl Garlic; minced
1 ts Salt
1 ts Paprika
1/2 ts Pepper
1/4 ts Cayenne pepper
4 Boneless pork loin chops; 6
- oz ea

Heat broiler. In a small bowl, mix the first 6
ingredients; brush over pork chops. Place in a
15x10x1-in. baking pan.

Broil 4-5 in. from heat until, 4-5 minutes on each side.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
