      Title: Korean Bbq-Style Meatballs
 Categories: Five, Beef, Breads, Vegetables, Sauces
      Yield: 4 servings
 
      1 lb Ground round or chuck
    1/2 c  Fine crushed Ritz crackers
           - (12)
    1/2 c  Chopped scallions
      2 tb Soy sauce
      2 tb Minced garlic
      1 ts (ea) kosher salt & fresh
           - ground pepper
 
  Set oven @ 425ºF/218ºC.
  
  In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients and use
  your hands to gently mix.
  
  Shape the meat into 12 golf-ball-size rounds (about 2
  inches in diameter), and arrange on a greased rimmed
  baking sheet.
  
  Bake until golden and cooked through, about 15 minutes.
  Serve warm.
