Title: Spaghetti w/Scallops & Squid Ink

Yield: 2 servings
200 g Spaghetti
200 g Scallops
1 cl Garlic; peeled
8 Cherry tomatoes; chopped
Fresh chilies
Fresh squid ink
Extra Virgin olive oil
Salt
Fresh parsley; to serve
Bring a pot of salted water to the boil and cook pasta
according to instructions.
Heat some oil in a pan. Add the garlic and brown,
remove. Add scallops and cook for 2 minutes on medium
heat.
Now add chile and tomatoes. Continue simmering for
another 3-4 minutes. Now add the ink to the pasta water.
Add a ladle of pasta water to the sauce. Drain pasta al
dente. Add to sauce. Mix well and serve with fresh
parsley.
