Title: Vegan Worcestershire Sauce

1 Tamarind pod fruit pulp
1/4 c Apple cider vinegar
2 tb Molasses
4 tb Soy sauce
2 tb Brown sugar
1 ts Salt
1/4 c Water

Mix all ingredients in a bottle and shake. Let set overnight in the
fridge for full flavor.

Keep refrigerated.
