    I've no idea why an IRC client (ii) needs nearly a whole CPU for
    itself. Sucksmore software! :-P

    The other CPU hogs typically are Python processes owned by "www", so not
    caused by a neighbour made of water and hydrocarbons.

    Since, a year later, I asked the same thing in the mailing lists,
    it's only fair that I also answer here. I've been up to a lot since
    I was last active in the tildeverse. New jobs, mostly. None of it is
    the kind of stuff I want to go into too much detail about online,
    but I'd say, probably like all of us, I've mostly been getting older.

    Here's what I'm working on lately: In the past year I've started
    working at a company that has been using Sonicwall firewalls (yuckk!!)
    and am in the process of moving us to Palo Alto. It was actually
    something of a fun project to convince management that we could
    actually *save* money by purchasing more expensive hardware. MBAs
    will believe whatever you tell them as long as you have some kind of
    graph that looks right.
