This is a quasi answer to a post in tilde.art.ascii and because it isn't
pure ASCII it had to surface somewhere else.

Depending on the fonts in use the braille chars may be wider or smaller
than the ones of the ASCII range. So this was cut from an XTerm with
72CpL hoping it'll fit well.
