Thank you for the pointer! The melody definitely is.
Though, it seems like some sources now said that this wasn't
really a Bach's work, but rather Christian Petzold's
(who was also in the same era as Bach).
It actually being a classic melody definitely
explained the ringtone part.
From this lead, I eventually found out that the pop song
with woman singer that I have heard was called "A Lover's Concerto",
originally from 60s (older than I think, huh) which used this part
of melody in repeat. I couldn't pinpoint which exact version
that I have originally heard yet (the one that I described the feeling of
on the post [1]), I will have to search more; but it is definitely this song.
