1 lb Medium carrots; peeled;
- halved lengthwise
2 ts Minced fresh thyme
+=OR=+
1/2 ts Dried thyme
2 ts Oil
1 ts Honey
1/4 ts Salt
Set oven @ 400oF/205oC.
Place carrots in a greased 15x10x1-in. baking pan. In a
small bowl, mix thyme, oil, honey and salt; brush over
carrots. Roast until tender, 20-25 minutes.
