1 c Water
3 tb Olive oil
3 c Bread flour
1 1/2 ts Salt
1 ts Sugar
1 tb Active dry yeast
Ever wondered how to make these? Now you see how!
Add ingredients listed and set machine to dough. When done, remove
dough and punch down then divide to 12 portions (Divide in 3 then
each piece into 4).
On a lightly floured surface, roll the dough out to round and place
on prepared baking sheet. 3-4 at a time and not touching.
Bake at 450°F (be sure to preheat!) for 2 minutes then flip with a
pancake turner and bake 2 minutes more. Check but apt to be done.
Cool on a wire rack. You will need to do these in series as they
won't rise correctly with more than 4 at a time.
Once cooled, slit half way down and you should have a nice air
pocket to stuff with various goodies!
