    Title: Honey Chipotle Ribs
    Categories: Pork, Bbq, Beer, Chilies, Vegetables
    Yield: 12 servings

    6 lb Pork baby back ribs

    MMMMM-----------------------BARBECUE SAUCE----------------------------
    3 c Ketchup
    22 1/2 oz (2 bottles) Guinness beer
    2 c Barbecue sauce
    2/3 c Honey
    1 sm Onion; chopped
    1/4 c Worcestershire sauce
    2 tb Dijon mustard
    2 tb Chopped chipotles in adobo
    - sauce
    4 ts Ground chipotle
    1 ts Salt
    1 ts Garlic powder
    1/2 ts Pepper

    Wrap ribs in large pieces of heavy-duty foil; seal edges of foil.
    Grill, covered, over indirect medium heat for 1-1-1/2 hours or until
    tender.

    In a large saucepan, combine sauce ingredients; bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for about 45 minutes or until
    thickened, stirring occasionally.

    Carefully remove ribs from foil. Place over direct heat; baste with
    some of the sauce. Grill, covered, over medium heat for -30 minutes
    or until browned, turning once and basting occasionally with
    additional sauce. Serve with remaining sauce.

    Title: Slow-Cooker Mac & Cheese
    Categories: Pasta, Cheese, Dairy
    Yield: 10 Servings

    16 oz Elbow macaroni
    1/2 c Butter; melted
    4 c Shredded cheddar cheese;
    - divided
    12 oz Can evaporated milk
    10 3/4 oz Cheddar cheese soup;
    - undiluted
    1 c Milk
    2 lg Eggs; beaten
    1/8 ts Paprika

    Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain.
    Place in a 5-qt. slow cooker; add butter. In a large
    bowl, mix 3 cups cheese, evaporated milk, condensed
    soup, milk and eggs. Pour over macaroni mixture; stir
    to combine. Cook, covered, on low for 3-1/2 to 4 hours.

    Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cook, covered, on low
    until cheese is melted, 15-20 minutes longer. Sprinkle
    with paprika.
