    Title: Slow-Cooker Mac & Cheese
    Categories: Pasta, Cheese, Dairy
    Yield: 10 Servings

    16 oz Elbow macaroni
    1/2 c Butter; melted
    4 c Shredded cheddar cheese;
    - divided
    12 oz Can evaporated milk
    10 3/4 oz Cheddar cheese soup;
    - undiluted
    1 c Milk
    2 lg Eggs; beaten
    1/8 ts Paprika

    Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain.
    Place in a 5-qt. slow cooker; add butter. In a large
    bowl, mix 3 cups cheese, evaporated milk, condensed
    soup, milk and eggs. Pour over macaroni mixture; stir
    to combine. Cook, covered, on low for 3-1/2 to 4 hours.

    Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cook, covered, on low
    until cheese is melted, 15-20 minutes longer. Sprinkle
    with paprika.

    Title: Oven-Fried Chicken Drumsticks
    Categories: Poultry, Dairy, Vegetables
    Yield: 4 servings

    1 c Plain Greek yogurt
    1 tb Dijon mustard
    2 cl Garlic; minced
    8 (4 oz ea) chicken
    - drumsticks; skinned
    1/2 c Whole wheat flour
    1 1/2 ts Paprika
    1 ts Baking powder
    1 ts (ea) salt & pepper
    Olive oil-flavored cooking
    - spray

    In a large bowl or dish, combine yogurt, mustard and
    garlic. Add chicken and turn to coat. Cover and
    refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.

    Set oven @ 425ºF/218ºC.

    In another bowl, mix flour, paprika, baking powder, salt
    and pepper. Remove chicken from marinade and add, 1
    piece at a time, to flour mixture; toss to coat. Place
    on a wire rack over a baking sheet; spritz with cooking
    spray. Bake 40-45 minutes.
