2 c Whole wheat pastry flour
1 c Unbleached white flour
1 tb Baking powder
1/4 ts Salt
2 Eggs
3/4 c Honey
1 1/4 c Milk
1/2 c Sunflower oil
3/4 c Walnuts; chopped
1 1/2 c Fresh green seedless grapes;
-halved
Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix dry ingredients in medium-sized bowl.
Beat eggs in another medium-sized bowl; add rest of liquid
ingredients. Stir dry ingredients into wet. Don't overstir. Add nuts
and grapes. Pour approximately 1/2 cup mix per muffin into oiled tin.
Bake 20 minutes until golden brown.
