    MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

    Title: Fig and Prosciutto Pizza
    Categories: Five, Breads, Fruits, Cheese, Pork
    Yield: 8 Servings

    1 lb Pizza dough
    1 c Fresh figs; pureed
    1/2 c Crumbled feta cheese
    1/4 lb Sliced prosciutto
    1 tb Balsamic vinegar; to taste

    Preheat an oven to 500ºF/260ºC.

    Roll pizza dough onto a baking stone. Spread pureed figs
    over crust for the 'sauce'. Crumble feta cheese over fig
    layer. Arrange prosciutto slices evenly over cheese layer.

    Bake in the preheated oven until crust is crisp and
    browned, 15 to 20 minutes. Drizzle balsamic vinegar over
    pizza.

    Title: Sandy Absalom's Apple & Fig Crumble
    Categories: Fruits, Desserts, Grains, Nuts
    Yield: 6 servings

    MMMMM-------------------------FRUIT BASE------------------------------
    6 Green apples; peeled, cored,
    - diced
    6 Fresh figs; quartered
    60 g Brown sugar
    1/2 ts Cinnamon ground

    MMMMM--------------------------TOPPING-------------------------------
    100 g Rolled oats
    30 g Shredded coconut
    30 g Flaked or slivered almonds
    90 g Brown sugar
    40 g Plain flour
    75 g Butter melted

    Set oven to 180┬║C/350┬║F.

    Combine fruit, sugar and cinnamon in a large bowl. Place
    fruit mixture in an ovenproof dish.

    Combine all of the topping ingredients in a large bowl.

    Spread the topping mixture evenly over the top of the
    fruit mixture. Bake for 40 minutes or until the topping
    is golden and the fruit is bubbling and soft. Serve warm
    with cream or ice-cream.
