400 g Seabass
1/4 c Garlic; finely sliced
2 tb Small red and green
- chillies; finely chopped
3 tb Fish sauce
3 tb Lime juice
1/2 c Soup stock
3 sl Lime; cut into rings
2 tb Coriander; finely chopped
7 cl Garlic
Steam fish for 7 to 10 minutes until cooked. Mix seasoning ingredients
together, adding soup stock and coriander. Pour over steamed fish and
garnish with lime rings and garlic pearls.
