1 lb Bulk sausage
1/4 c Onion; chopped
4 sm Zucchini; peeled, diced,
- seeded
1/2 c Cracker crumbs
1 c Cheese; cubed
1/4 ts Salt
1/4 ts Oregano
1 ds Garlic salt
1 ds Pepper
Brown sausage and onions. Drain off fat. Add remaining ingredients.
Place in greased 2 qt casserole dish. Bake 25 to 30 minutes @350?F
or until zucchini is tender.
