2 ts Garlic powder
1 ts Garlic salt
1 ts (ea) ground mustard, ginger
- & nutmeg
1/2 ts (eaq) pepper, ground
- allspice, baking soda,
- cayenne pepper
2 1/2 lb (12 whole) chicken wings

Buffalo sauce

Barbecue sauce
Heat air fryer to 300┬║F/150┬║C.
In a large bowl, combine garlic powder, garlic salt,
mustard, ginger, nutmeg, pepper, allspice, baking soda
and cayenne.
Cut chicken wings into 3 sections; discard wing tips.
Add to bowl with spices and stir to coat. In batches,
arrange wings in a single layer on greased tray in
air-fryer basket. Cook 15 minutes. Increase temperature
to 400┬░; cook until chicken juices run clear and wings
are golden brown, 20-25 minutes, turning once. Repeat
with remaining wings. Serve hot, with dressing or sauce
if desired.
