Title: Air-Fryer Cinnamon Breakfast Bites

1 1/3 c A-P flour
1 c Rice Krispies; coarsely
- crushed
2 tb + 1/2 c sugar; divided
1 tb Baking powder
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 c Butter-flavored shortening
1/2 c Milk
1 ts Ground cinnamon
1/4 c Butter; melted
In a large bowl, combine flour, cereal, 2 tablespoons
sugar, baking powder and salt; cut in shortening until
mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in milk just until
moistened. Shape into 1-in. balls.
Heat air fryer to 400┬║F/205┬║C.
In a shallow bowl, combine remaining 1/2 cup sugar and
cinnamon. Dip balls in butter, then roll in cinnamon
sugar.
In batches, arrange in a single layer on greased tray in
air-fryer basket. Cook until browned and a toothpick
inserted in centers comes out clean, 8-12 minutes.
