Title: Seafood St. Helena

Yield: 6 Servings
2 c Lump or backfin crabmeat
2 c Shrimp; cooked, cleaned
1 lb Pkg scallops; thawed
6 tb Butter
6 tb Flour
1 1/2 c Cream
1/4 c Sherry
1 c Grated sharp cheese
Melt butter. Add flour and milk to make rich cream
sauce. Season with salt, pepper and sherry. Put seafood
in casserole (mix up). Pour sauce over it and sprinkle
cheese on top. Bake until hot through and cheese melts
(about 20 minutes).
