      Title: Chorizo Al Vino
 Categories: Five, Appetizers, Pork. veget, Wine
      Yield: 4 servings
 
      4    Hot cooking chorizos
      1 cl Garlic
    250 ml Red wine
      1    Bay leaf
 
  Put the whole chorizos in a small pan, turn on the heat
  and cook them for a couple of minutes until they start
  to release some fat, then add the garlic, red wine and
  the bay leaf, cover, and cook on a low heat for 20
  minutes. Remove from the heat, slice and serve in the
  liquid left from cooking the chorizo.
