The direction things went in 2020 was not the direction I thought things should go... BUT, I have solace in knowing that the truth is being revealed in a way that might not have been revealed if Trump got it.

I have 0 belief that any government gives any fucks about their constituents. There is corruption in the Canadian government... but OMG, is there corruption in the US government and they are fighting hard not to have Trump re-elected to he can start to have some accountability...

involved?

Per Dale, it depends on the classification. Some classifications can not
be declassified without coordination with the issuing agency.

When those records were found Biden told NARA he had them and they could come d get them. More were found and likewise he simply returned them.

My takeaway from all of this with Presidents and documents is that NARA, as
is, is not a safe place for government documents of any type to be housed
as they apparently have great difficulty keeping track of what they have
and what the should have but that is out in the wild.

That needs fixing.

The Presidential Records Act has no legal jurisdiction here... This
is why the are trying the espionage angel. Hopefully the judge that was appointed to the case will not be buying the Biden administration's brand

This case, and the tax evasion/weapons case against Hunter, are not being pursuded with nearly the vigor as either of the current cases against
Trump. Did you know the Hunter case has been open for 5 or so years now
but, in the words of legal experts, it has been slow-tracked so much it is ridiculous?

I believe we could wait 5 or more years for the Biden document case, too, unless a non-Democrat gets elected in 2024.
