business... In they years to come we'll see the Democrats busy in the court ro
with their radical judges and DAs trying to settle things through them and no
allowing the people their choices.

It is lawfare when it involves something made up... like the shennanigans involving his taxes.

When a case is in response to something dumb he did, like take a bunch of documents home (*), or make phone calls to request that state officials "find votes" or not do their jobs, or hold a rally in DC on the same day that the votes are being certified and it unsurprisingly gets out of hand, that is on Trump and Trump alone.

If he didn't want lawsuits he should quit saying and doing stupid things.

And ALL past presidents did so in the past... Well in my life time anyway. In the past the presidents worked with the powers to be through Presidential Records Act that was put into law back in Nixon day.

You might recall Clinton's sock drawer where he had a bunch of top secret material, not nudes of Monica, and the Supreme court told whoever wanted it to pound salt... I paraphrased it... But U can google it if you want.

Presidents can declassify any thing they want... FUNNY as sh!t... Joe Biden, Judas Pence had documents but they didn't pursue them. The Florida case will get tossed because of the Presidential Records Act and the president of how they treated all other Presidents prior.
