Title: Hyacinth's Caraway Brussel Sprouts

Yield: 6 Servings
1 1/2 lb Brussel sprouts, cleaned &
- trimmed
1 pt Chicken stock
1/4 c Butter; melted
1 1/2 ts Fresh lemon juice
1 tb Caraway seeds
1/2 ts Salt
Fresh ground pepper
2 tb Fresh bread crumbs
2 tb Butter
Cook your sprouts in chicken broth until just tender,
about 7 minutes. Drain well. Toss the sprouts with
melted butter, lemon juice, caraway seeds, salt, and
pepper. Place in baking dish and sprinkle with bread
crumbs. Then dot with butter. Broil until the bread
crumbs are crisp and golden brown.
