Title: William Jackson's Soup

Yield: 10 Servings
1 lb Pork stew meat
1 lb Lean hamburger
30 oz (2 cans) whole kernel corn
30 oz (2 cans) sweet peas
30 oz (2 cans) carrots; drained
48 oz Can tomato juice
28 oz (2 cans) diced tomatoes;
- green chilies optional but
- a nice touch
8 Potatoes; peeled in big
Chunks
8 oz Can chilli w/no beans (Coney
- sauce)
3 tb Salt
1 tb Pepper
Gather your ingredients.
Cut the pork into big bite sized pieces. Brown the
hamburger and the pork. Set aside.
Peel and slice the potatoes in BIG chunks. In a LARGE
stock pot, combine all the veggies, the can of chilli,
and add the cooked meat.
Cook on low....check frequently and stir.......stir,
stir, stir! It's ready to eat when the potatoes are fork
tender.
Serves: 8-12 (depending on sides or how hungry your
guests are)
