Title: Pear & Pork Stir-Fry

Yield: 4 Servings
1/4 c Soy sauce
2 tb Honey
1 tb Rice vinegar
1/4 ts Crushed red pepper
1 tb Oil
3 md Pears; cored, in 1" to 2"
- wedges
1 tb Grated fresh ginger
1 lb Pork tenderloin; in 1/4"
- slices
1 sm Head radicchio; cored,
- coarse chopped
For sauce, in a small bowl stir together soy sauce,
honey, vinegar, and crushed red pepper; set aside.
In a very large skillet or wok heat oil over medium heat.
Add pears and ginger; cook 2 to 3 minutes until starting
to soften. Remove pear mixture from skillet. Add pork;
cook 2 to 3 minutes or until slightly pink in center.
Push pork from center of skillet. Stir sauce; add to
skillet. Bring to boiling. Cook and stir until slightly
thickened. Return pears to skillet; add radicchio and
stir to coat and heat through. Serve over rice and top
with green onion slices.
Makes: 4 servings
