600 g Cooked, peeled prawns
4 Plum tomatoes; sliced
2 Avacados; peeled, pitted,
- sliced
60 g Mixed lettuce
6 tb Mayo
6 tb Tomato relish
1 Mango; diced
6 tb Sweet chilli sauce
6 sl Brown bread (1 1/2 per
- person)
Cut each piece of bread in half, spread with mayo and
relish.
Top with the lettuce, tomato, avacado and prawns
Place the diced mango on the plate and top with sweet
chilli sauce
Makes 4 servings
