Title: Bernard Matthews Coronation Chicken

Yield: 4 Servings
300 g Roast chicken pieces
2 tb Mayonnaise
1 tb Mango chutney
1/2 ts Curry powder
1/4 ts Cinnamon
Twist of black pepper
Raisins or sultanas
Juice of 1/2 a lime
Combine all of the sauce ingredients and mix them
together well.
Add the Roast chicken breast pieces and ensure they are
thoroughly covered in the mixture.
Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. This can then be
served with a cooked jacket potato and salad for that
simply bootiful summer time dish.
