Title: Hot & Spicy Chicken

Yield: 2 Servings
2 c Boneless chicken
Oil
1 ts Sugar
1 ts Oyster sauce
1 ts Fish sauce
1/2 ts Garlic; finely ground
1/4 ts Cayenne pepper; or more
1/4 c Chicken broth
1 ts Lemon grass; fine chopped
1/4 c Green onion; chopped
1/2 c Onion; sliced
1/4 ts Sesame oil
In a wok or skillet, stir-fry the chicken in a small amount
of oil until it turns light brown. Reduce heat. Add the
sugar, oyster sauce, fish sauce, garlic, and cayenne pepper.
Turn heat up and stir fry the chicken until it is honey
color. Add the chicken broth, lemon grass, green onion,
sliced onion and sesame oil. Cook until completely heated
through.
Makes 2 servings.
