Title: Sugar Cream Pie

Yield: 6 servings
1/2 c All-purpose flour
1/2 c Light brown sugar
1 c + 1 tb granulated sugar;
- divided
3/4 ts Ground cinnamon; divided
1/4 ts Ground nutmeg
1/2 ts Salt
1 1/2 c Heavy cream
1 c Half & half
2 ts Vanilla extract
Set oven @ 375┬║F/190┬║C.
Unroll the pie crust and place in a 9" pie plate. Flute
edges and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, 1 cup
granulated sugar, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, the nutmeg, and
salt. Add heavy cream, half & half, and vanilla; stir
until well mixed. Pour into pie shell.
Bake 40 to 45 minutes, or until center is set; let cool.
In a small bowl, mix remaining sugar and cinnamon;
sprinkle over pie before serving.
