Title: Farmer's Pork w/Veggies

Yield: 4 servings
4 (4 oz ea) pork loin chops;
- trimmed
1/2 ts Garlic powder
1/4 ts Salt
1/4 ts Black pepper
2 tb Oil
1 lg Onion; in 1" chunks
2 Carrots; in 1/2" slices
Season both sides of pork chops with garlic, salt, and
pepper.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil.
Brown pork chops 4 to 5 minutes per side.
Add onion and carrots to skillet. Reduce heat to low,
cover, and simmer 15 to 20 minutes, or until vegetables
are tender and pork chops are cooked through. Serve
vegetables over pork.
