Title: Firehouse Pot Roast

1 tb Oil
4 1/2 lb Chuck roast
2 lg Onions; halved, thin sliced
2 c Barbecue sauce
1 c Beef broth
3 cl Garlic; minced
2 tb Hot sauce
1 tb Chilli spice mix
1/4 c Water
Set oven @ 350┬║F/175┬║C.
In a Dutch oven over high heat, heat oil; brown chuck
roast on both sides. Place onions on top and around
roast.
In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Mix
well, pour over roast, and cover.
Roast 3 to 3-1/2 hours, or until beef is fork-tender.
Remove roast to a cutting board, cut into chunks, and
serve topped with sauce.
