Hi everyone,
I found an extra filter for fail2ban that has helped cut down on the extra traffic (script kiddies) trying to use entire subnets to play their games.
The filter is called "fail2ban-recidive-subnet" and is at:

Once you get it going, it works quite well. I have the "bantime" on these idiots set to 26 weeks...should keep them away for a while.
